If you have questions regarding the signature generator, contact\u00a0<strong><em>Brian O\u2019Neal<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0via Teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating Your Signature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><strong>First Name, Middle Initial (optional), and Last Name:<\/strong><\/strong> Enter your name as you would like it to appear in your email signature. If you would like to include your preferred pronouns, please do so here.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong>Title:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0Enter your official title. If you\u2019re unsure of your complete title, ask your supervisor or refer to the Associate Directory on the Portal.<\/li><li><strong>Department\u00a0<em>(optional)<\/em>:\u00a0<\/strong>Enter your ALLO department. If you\u2019re a member of a specific team within a department, make sure to list your department name before the team name (e.g., Inside Sales, Network Engineering, Plant Records, etc.).<\/li><li><strong>Email\u00a0<em>(optional)<\/em>:\u00a0<\/strong>Enter your ALLO email address. Be sure to capitalize the different sections of your address (e.g.,\u00a0<strong>F<\/strong>irst<strong>L<\/strong>ast@allofiber.com).<\/li><li><strong>Web Address\u00a0<em>(optional)<\/em><\/strong>: Enter your brand or department\u2019s website address to show a hyperlink in your signature.<\/li><li><strong>Office Phone and Mobile\u00a0<em>(optional)<\/em>:<\/strong>\u00a0Enter your phone numbers. Be sure to use periods rather than dashes to separate numbers (e.g., 402.555.5555).<\/li><li><strong>Brand\/Division Tagline\u00a0<em>(optional)<\/em>:<\/strong>\u00a0Choose to show or hide your brand or division\u2019s tagline in your email signature.<\/li><li><strong><strong>Brand\/Division Social Links\u00a0<em>(optional)<\/em>:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Choose to show or hide your brand or division\u2019s social media links on your email signature.<\/li><li>Click<strong> Generate Signature.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting Up Your Signature in Outlook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Once your signature is generated, press Ctrl + A to select the signature and press Ctrl + C to copy it.<\/li><li>Open Outlook, and in the upper left-hand corner, select \u2018File\u2019 and then \u2018Options.\u2019<\/li><li>On the left-hand side of the Options menu, select \u2018Mail.\u2019<\/li><li>In the \u2018Mail\u2019 section, under \u2018Compose messages,\u2019 select \u2018Signatures.\u2019<\/li><li>Create a new signature by clicking \u2018New,\u2019 then name your signature.<\/li><li>Click in the bottom text box, press Ctrl + V to paste your signature into the text box, and click \u2018OK.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALLO Email Signature Builder Please follow the instructions below to generate your signature and apply it to your Outlook account.
