ALLO Email Signature Builder

Please follow the instructions below to generate your signature and apply it to your Outlook account. If you have questions regarding the signature generator, contact Brian O’Neal via Teams.

Creating Your Signature

  1. First Name, Middle Initial (optional), and Last Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in your email signature. If you would like to include your preferred pronouns, please do so here.
  2. Title: Enter your official title. If you’re unsure of your complete title, ask your supervisor or refer to the Associate Directory on the Portal.
  3. Department (optional)Enter your ALLO department. If you’re a member of a specific team within a department, make sure to list your department name before the team name (e.g., Inside Sales, Network Engineering, Plant Records, etc.).
  4. Email (optional)Enter your ALLO email address. Be sure to capitalize the different sections of your address (e.g., FirstLast@allofiber.com).
  5. Web Address (optional): Enter your brand or department’s website address to show a hyperlink in your signature.
  6. Office Phone and Mobile (optional): Enter your phone numbers. Be sure to use periods rather than dashes to separate numbers (e.g., 402.555.5555).
  7. Brand/Division Tagline (optional): Choose to show or hide your brand or division’s tagline in your email signature.
  8. Brand/Division Social Links (optional): Choose to show or hide your brand or division’s social media links on your email signature.
  9. Click Generate Signature.

Setting Up Your Signature in Outlook

  1. Once your signature is generated, press Ctrl + A to select the signature and press Ctrl + C to copy it.
  2. Open Outlook, and in the upper left-hand corner, select ‘File’ and then ‘Options.’
  3. On the left-hand side of the Options menu, select ‘Mail.’
  4. In the ‘Mail’ section, under ‘Compose messages,’ select ‘Signatures.’
  5. Create a new signature by clicking ‘New,’ then name your signature.
  6. Click in the bottom text box, press Ctrl + V to paste your signature into the text box, and click ‘OK.
